• Was a doctor first in New Salem, MA and then in Athol, MA, then Herkimer, NY, then Weybridge, VT and finally in Massena, NY, then to the Army as a surgeon during the War of 1812-15 then back to New Haven, VT - had seven children and died in 1827

• Family Search gives an alternate birth places of Medway, Norfolk, MA ot Wrentham, Norfolk, MA - More sources have Medway, than the others, so I'm switching the birthplace to there from Orange, Franklin, MA, British Empire as I originally listed it.
• The "My Granger Family" page refers to this book which may have more information.
• Ruth Marilyn Brandon says there is a whole booklet about the Bullard family
